    @JioCare People have started using @Airtel_Presence there which is giving better network. If this problem continue then almost 500 numbers are going to change . Hoping for quick service at earliest.

    @TRAI @reliancejio I'm complaining abot poor service of jio they r trying to manipulate citizens of India. firstly they gave 6 month free trial and now it is impossible to download a single video with good internet speed

    @SirPareshRawal What about jio? We are facing lots of issues at village of @JioCare . They say they have limited network there. Why they take full payment then? They are not responding after 5 days of complaint.

    @JioCare my JioFiber connection is fluctuating since tomorrow and even after raising multiple service requests the service engineer hasn't even visited once, they keep rescheduling my service request. When I call the engineer he gives some lame excuse and then reschedules.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply Smita, but the MyJio app has been stuck on "Assigning an engineer" for hours now. No one has actually been assigned yet. Since it’s a physical wire cut, I need a technician on-site. How much longer will it take just to assign someone to fix this? Please escalate.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic network service! Facing severe call drops and network failure EVERY EVENING for the past 1 YEAR in Jabalpur. Calls disconnect mid-conversation daily. Paid full recharge for ZERO service. When will you fix this? #JioNetworkFail #CallDrop #JioCare

    @JioCare Have you read my posts and reply? I think not. I had paid on 19 May for new connection and it was installed on 28 May, was it not a delay? Wow, again you are new here. Very bad service. Your escalation, front and back office team, all are useless. 9 days delay from your side.
