@JioCare People have started using @Airtel_Presence there which is giving better network. If this problem continue then almost 500 numbers are going to change . Hoping for quick service at earliest.

@TRAI @reliancejio I'm complaining abot poor service of jio they r trying to manipulate citizens of India. firstly they gave 6 month free trial and now it is impossible to download a single video with good internet speed

@SirPareshRawal What about jio? We are facing lots of issues at village of @JioCare . They say they have limited network there. Why they take full payment then? They are not responding after 5 days of complaint.

Contacting to jio customer care since last 2 years about network issue in my native village in Karnataka, no response to the issue.Provide atleast basic network for calling,suffering lot of issue for calling home.Note:My village is not in remote area. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I live in a 5g enabled area and also have a 5g phone but I've not yet received the Jio 5g welcome offer. Everyone using 5g phone in my surrounding has got it but not me. Poor service.

Also why is it always assumed that the fault always lies with the customer and his phone? He told me to restart the phone multiple times, delete and reinstall the app. Before he told me to change the sim, i told him it was @reliancejio sim
