@reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio Your network is not working in rural part of CM city UP i.e in Gorakhpur. Network signal is very pathetic. Even unable to do call, kindly install 3-4 new towers in nearby vicinity so that atleast your network calling will improve

@reliancejio @JioCare I use both jio sim in my phone and jio fiber at home. When my phone is connected to wifi, it tells callers that it's switched off. My many friends are facing the same issue. Please suggest a solution.

@JioCare today I have completely migrated out of Jio network. Jio has no concerns for their customers and are worst in customer support. Despite complaining for 6 months no effort were made to improve the network in middle of Mimbai. I ported 4 numbers out of Jio.
