    We want a solution regarding your network issue on below mentioned adress pepeeganj dist- gorakhpur up , when the power cut occured at our town ,network of Jio has been stopped and sim card and mobile showing no network signal Kindly resolve the issue @JioCare @reliancejio

    Experiencing worst ever internet speed for jio we are moving ahead with 5G but we are still facing issue in our 4G network . Please try to resolve this.Try reaching customer care says weak coverage in city area so what would be in rural area. Pathetic service by @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare When you collect payment upfront for a Fiber plan - it no longer remains Postpaid (irrespective of what you may want to believe). Stop fooling your customers & trying to squeeze them for more. You are losing one customer today.

    @JioCare How Much Time Jio will take to ascertain the Compatibility Check???? 5g is available in my area, despite it not able to select the Network Manually….Pathetic same monotonous reply by Jiocare in Dm….Whatever Question people will ask Jio Care had same reply….
