@Airtel_Presence can you please now refund my money as the technicians who visited my home yesterday told we cannot provide service at you location. If you don't have your availability at a particular location why do you charge. Be like @JioCare it only accepts when it's present.

@JioCare , As my Jio fiber TRC plan ends today, I recharged with 999 plan and I activated the plan now. Even though the OTT apps are shown under subscription tab of My Jio app, I am unable to activate or access the OTT apps till now. I need proper solution from you immediately.
