@reliancejio @JioCare I use both jio sim in my phone and jio fiber at home. When my phone is connected to wifi, it tells callers that it's switched off. My many friends are facing the same issue. Please suggest a solution.

@reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio Your network is not working in rural part of CM city UP i.e in Gorakhpur. Network signal is very pathetic. Even unable to do call, kindly install 3-4 new towers in nearby vicinity so that atleast your network calling will improve

@JioCare Hi Have done all troubleshooting SIM replaced as well Wifi calling over Jio network not working It was working fine 13 April morning, later on in afternoon not working in Lajpat Nagar area Same wifi network voda working on wifi calling, and in my device also Pls help
