    @reliancejio jio fiber is pathetic. Keep dropping connection with my cisco connect vpn. @airtelindia wifi works fine with vpn. Tried calling damn customer care multiple times, either they disconnect your call or just don't understand your issue as they are just tech novice

    @reliancejio Please fix the customer care support for English. I am calling the number for +9170188 99999, selecting 2 for English, it always goes to Hindi.

    @JioCare Please do not send me copy paste replies. Instead solve the issue. Your technician has not visited today also. If you ask me to rate jio fiber customer service, i would definitely rate it -10000000. Such a poor and disappointing service.
