@reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio Your network is not working in rural part of CM city UP i.e in Gorakhpur. Network signal is very pathetic. Even unable to do call, kindly install 3-4 new towers in nearby vicinity so that atleast your network calling will improve

@reliancejio @JioCare I use both jio sim in my phone and jio fiber at home. When my phone is connected to wifi, it tells callers that it's switched off. My many friends are facing the same issue. Please suggest a solution.

Disabling SMS services by @airtelindia for prepaid services is insane. People need SMS services in emergency when internet is not working. Company can charge high prices for SMS and it can be deducted from main account. Leave this hypocrite company and switch to @reliancejio.
