I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

Still waiting to get it install or cancelled.
