So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

@JioCare our broadband connection not working and the service engineer visited yesterday and said will take by evening.. but till today nothing progressed. Why do u charge if things won't happen from ur end of time. If we fail to pay even for an hour u won't provide internet.

@JioCare I called jio customer care, they told me they will put my call on hold for a few mins and give me a solution. It has been more than 30 mins my call is still put on hold and m waiting for response.

@JioCare After so many reminders and request, Jio Fibre unable to resolve the issue. And they send 2 unprofessional and untrained staff at my residence for installation. They denied to resolve. Due to this reason, my work get hamper and this is mental harassment for me and my family.

When I was on airtel platform the network was bad but I didn’t receive any spam calls. Since I switched to JIO, I am getting calls from all the third grade loan co like bajaj finance and kredit bee. It’s irritating. @JioCare
