@JioCare @reliancejio moving to jio not a wise decision, their plan charges &services r problematic. First they ask 4 deposit 1500 for free trail, then they will ask u to call customer care to get deposit, 4 switching to post paid u need to pay full rent advance. Refund my 1.5k

@JioCare @reliancejio Before you ask for jiofiber I'd, it is 7935634583 And it's linked with mobile number +91 9558389088. If you don't have proper working application add other way to complete the relocation request as it's giving worst experience to the customer.

@JioCare The problem which I am having with my jio fiber connection is that the wire which provides the connection to my home has become very loose and it is hanging in the middle of the road. It may get damaged if any large vehicle like a truck passes through that road.
