    @JioCare @reliancejio In srinagar it had been almost 1 month since many jiofibre connections went down after snowfall and are still not being fixed after multiple complaints. Very unprofessional behavior. @airtelindia please provide service in all areas of srinagar.

    Dear, Team jio You service is pathetic , i called thrice to customer care @JioCare but not able to connect with jio fiber desk, then i called your service operator in Cuttack . And he mentioned his name is rajib, and it will take 2 year to get jio fiber connection in locality.

    @djparryn Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    @JioCare what the hell the back-end team is doing from 4 days, don't i have any other work ? I kept on calling the local service manager his reply is the back-end team is working on it. Such a shame on you guys.

    @JioCare applied for disconnection on last day of trial period but being refunded only500 instead of full 1500, if i had known it earlier i would not have disconnected. Service Id 299852766317. Please provide full refund. Note down my complain and provide me with complaint number
