@JioCare On Feb 3rd 2021 i paid money for your connection st chennai. They promised me to get connection next day. But till now nothing has happened. Your executives are avoiding and misbehaving. Called customer care 5 times.. Nothing resolved. Lost my business Worst service.

@JioCare Had a telephonic conversation with your executive where I am told that your complain made on Friday has status of resolved. How can a cut wire repair itself if no technician has visited. Secondly where is the customer feedback procedure. ?
