So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

@JioCare worst network speed of all time in my area... @JioCare do something about this or all the Coustmers of our will surrender their jio connection... This is my 3rd request in this week

@JioCare 14 working days from when same was informed on 11-08-2021 that refund will be credited in 7-14 days. what kind of service is this no intimation and no proper resolution from when i should count 14 days now

@JioCare Did all that still got the same msg whereas others in the group from elsewhere are able to access. Fail to understand where the problem lies as internet connection is fine
