So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

@JioCare No issue......take request for disconnection. I will take legally action for this while i have chasing to jio last 7 days but jio unable to resolve my issue then why I m pay the for that service? Today again i have received many msg of reschedule but no one confirm me ??

@JioCare ,@reliancejio very poor connectivity in rural areas around 7 pm to 10 pm maximum speed of internet is 10kb/sec. Can you solve this problem. Or, am I use other faculty.
