How much pain would u like to give to ur customer. I'll go to consumer court if this is not sorted this time

The days of my plan are passing by, yet I have no access to the connection. This is causing me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Since this is an error on your end and I have already fulfilled the payment, I request that these lost days not be counted in my monthly cycle. I expect these days to be added back to my validity once the service is restored. I have already sent my Service ID to you via DM.
