    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Why does JioCare love to harass its customer ? As it is I have been trying get an issue sorted since Aug 2025 wrt an amount not adjusted correctly. And now its another set of amount I am asked for. There is no end !

    @JioCare My home fibre is down for ten days straight and your elite engineers can’t figure out a damn thing about it. Who would compensate for these 10 days ? I paid already for this month. What a freaking scam you are running.

    On the other hand,it's been 7 days almost. @JioCare did nothing against my complaint. Just pure negligence. Jio period ends within 24th june. Afterwards,I don't have to call the customer care as I'm thinking of abandoning jio fiber service replacing it with @Airtel_Presence .

    @JioCare I have spoken with jio drs. He told network has been restored of jio tower. But when my issue will be resolved. Still now no one came for air fiber service. No network from last 5 days. Resolve the issues by today.

    @JioCare I had raised a service request on 13 Jun for interner disruption, and its 4 days of complete inaction. Feels Pathetic to say - customer care is not able to help. When you can promptly take up money for connection, why don't u show that promptness in service. SR000038CWZT
