    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @JioCare i have taken a new jio connection yesterday. The wireless connection is fine, but when i use lan to connect to my other tp link router, it says it is connected to internet but the speed is less than 1 mbps. My previous network was jio as well, I didn’t have any issues

    @TRAI Network is sometimes as poor that calling someone becomes difficult. 5G speed is just for name. Both @reliancejio and @airtelindia probide below average service but recharge plans are very hight.

    @TRAI Yes, affecting my work, Jio 5G jumps to 4G un-necessarily on the same spot where I get 5G, I have unlimited 5G pack.. Not device issue too! Improve your network @reliancejio ;
