    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare What about in delhi dwarka location U guys just maiing excuses nothing else Please we can manage in 100 proper MB speed as well but please fix this call drop issue Since the inception of ur 5G service these issues created a lot Not a single call i can make without 3-4 attampts

    @JioCare @123mangoman I agree jio just gives lip service but no true speed even the VI which is on its death bed gives better speed than Jio.

    @reliancejio i am not able to use jio 5g internet. my phone to my laptop thru mobile hotspot. i am complaint the same jio care butt jio customer service is very poor and pathetic. hi is not responding. as per customer requirement. i am very disappointed.plz help plz

    @sainath_gurram @JioCare Very disappointing customer service from jio customer care.Customer care is not responding at all it is very frustrating for any customer. I am again requesting customer care in jio reliance to check this problem and should be done to end this problem please ASAP @reliancejio

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber stopped working today(24th Jan). Raised a service request. I choose the time slot of 25th Jan afternoon. But I'm given a slot of 28th Jan. That means my Internet connection won't be working for 4 days. That's 4 days out of my already paid subscription. (1/2)

    @reliancejio worst ever Internet service in HP. You are just making fool out of people by charging them for 4G Internet, whereas you are not being able to provide 2G speed. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir not sure if our telecom service providers are serious about making @_DigitalIndia 🇮🇳
