    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare Terrible service. One of your customer care executives appeared to be attending calls in a drunken condition. My refund and service closure request was denied. Complaint filed with the Consumer Forum. Looking forward to your response.

    @JioCare My JioFiber router (request id: S0000382VBV) was inspected by your engineer, confirmed the device is faulty & a replacement request was raised. However, it has been 7 days,I have received no update regarding this. Called support many times yet no resolution @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Yes, you're right. I don't believe Relice Jio can be responsible for shutting down Telegram. All the bad things are easily done through @telegram : movies,TV shows, paper leaks, and all sorts of bad things.All the bad work happens through Telegram groups and channels.@reliancejio
