    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    I decided to switch from Airtel to Jio because I always have bad network with Airtel. I still have an 80-day plan, but I chose Jio and raised a port request on June 28th. It's been 10 days, no response, and they charged me 99 rupees @JioCare. Is that how you care for customers?

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber has been down since July 4. I reported it the same day, but as of July 6, no engineer has visited. Over 2 days without internet has disrupted my work. Is this the level of service customers should expect? Who will compensate for this downtime?

    @JioCare No relocation is needed in this case my internet working because of broken wire outside the house technicians are not taking responsibility. And they are like we'll do work as per our convenience. (1/2)

    Shambolic service by @JioCare @reliancejio in Rajasthan! Paid in full, but getting ZERO internet speed & endless call drops. Standard customer care closes complaints with the stupidest excuse: "Network Congestion". If your infra can't handle it, stop looting customers! Fix this

    I am having connectivity issue while using Jio Fiber, raised issue through My Jio App but the technician never comes or calls, and the request gets rescheduled. No customer care support, whenever I call they play a recording, "your request is scheduled." @JioCare @reliancejio

    The worst network ever I experienced is #jio @JioCare @reliancejio Soon I will shift to #airtel inshallah
