When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

It's now been 28 days, and my installation is still pending with no proper update or resolution. This delay is unacceptable. Please arrange immediate installation
