    @reliancejio recently I recharged from Imobile app of (icic bank). And I didn't get my plan of it and I try to call on your customer care number but it doesn't work so it's my request please fix this asap.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have been tired explaining the same issue again and again. Not a particular website, I am facing problems with all websites whether it is google, youtube. I am not able to even send a whatsapp message easily. It takes much time. Location added.

    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    If you are not able to resolve my service request within our pre decided TAT of 24 hrs. Then @JioCare there must a compensation in the form of validity extension for period of time lost due to your inaction. Please, look into this matter as I'm using a prepaid service
