@JioCare worst network in my area. Even we can not open websites for news. Frequently crashes. Do something improve capacity to handle more numbers of users. I have recharged for one this is the only reason for writing this tweet.

@JioCare So what you should improve your capacity. You are increasing your tariff rate/ recharge pack price but not improving your capacity. Those who have purchased long validity pack how they port it’s loss of customer.

It was enough. Previously, I have connected four devices to my Airtel Mi-Fi with excellent speed at any point of time but it is not, from past two weeks. I can't continue work from home with this worst speed. @JioCare can you call me tomorrow to port all my numbers(family plan).

Earlier there was no problem in paying rs 1 n 1.5 per minute for normal n land line calls respectively ..but all of a sudden 6 Paise seems a very big deal..so isn’t @reliancejio responsible for this as well I mean letting the telecom users realise their value of money😄 #FunFact

@JioCare I have a LG OLED GX series TV which supports HDMI CEC. I am using the JIO FIBER STB and was able to control my STB menu, Home Screen option with my TV remote via the HDMI -CEC option. Suddenly with an update on the JIO-STB this feature stopped working. Pls. Check & Help?

@JioCare Well It takes 6 days for you to reply back to the tweet. Gives a lot of idea about the service. I have already initiated a disconnect request which will take another 14 days , due to the wonderful service.
