@JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

@reliancejio recently i did port from vodafone to jio, within one day i got issue with outgoing call.. customer care is worst not responding at all.. i was trying since morning.. no one receiving call.. vodafone s best.. i feel i did mistake to port..

@JioCare Pathetic service for getting one connection done for Jio Fiber. I was always an airtel customer and chose Jio for my Fiber and TV connection because I had limited other options in my current flat. It’s been a very bad experience since I am chasing still for connection.
