    @JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

    Again no solution to internet problem by @reliancejio @JioCare despite several complaints. They are just providing complaint no. & doing nothing for past 1 month and internet stopped now. Pathetic service by them. I'm sure, their network will be even worse in coming days. @TRAI

    @JioCare What the hell you people are upto, you have been rescheduling your engineer visit fir last one week, and my problem remained un resolved. Again today you rescheduled Service id SR00001E7YIR DO I HAVE TO USE UN PARLIAMENTARY WORDS TO VENT MY FRUSTATION ON YOUR SERVICE.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It was my bad day when i chose Jio as my mobile network. Pakke chor hai. Definitely i will left this network and also tell my every know prsn who is using this chor company network

    @JioCare The issue is still not resolved. No engineer has come so far and it's almost 6PM. Your team is all of big mouth promises but have the worst service team. No basic courtesy to even call the customer and inform the TAT. I repeat, no engineer visited the site so far. Liars.
