@JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

@JioCare The fiber cable has been laid, there is an issue with the local cable operator who is not allowing to give connection(check from your side), in fact, I didn't make the cancellation, Please take this matter to the higher-ups & solve the issue

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare we all villagers (1000+ jio users) will stop using your sim if you don't resolve network problem in our village area within a week. Lots of jio installed but of no use.

@JioCare 3days doesn't seem like priority. Please come up with a better lie or say on our face that the company does not care. Do you understand the problem? A LADY IS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY WITHOUT CONNECTIVITY FOR 3DAYS. How is the company even asking for some time? 3days hv passed.
