    @JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

    @JioCare In-spite of repeated complaints over the last couple of months. No resolution is provided. The network is real pathetic inside the office building.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I'm from village hidayatpur , palwal haryana . I'm connected to jio from 4 yrs with about 5-6 sims. There's very poor coverage as tower is 3-4 km away. i went there speed was 8-10 mbps constant. Here we get 1 mbps max. install tower if possible.

    @JioCare I have tried to relocate the jio fiber connection to another address, however the request was rejected stating wrong/no document proof attached. I am moving to another location and wish to deactivate/cancel the current connection if the same is not getting relocated.

    @JioMart @JioMart_Support You are pushing the order delivery to next day since last 3-4 days. No intimation of delay via SMS. No option to cancel the order. No provision to discuss with your customer care. Pathetic and poor service to your customers. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio what the jio service personals are doing is harrasing the coustmer as they are removing old coustmers wire from ont boxes installed .and giving new coustmers connection using the same port of old coustmers ie. by cutting prevous coustmer jiofiber wire
