    @JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare we have recently shifted to panvel adaigaon and there is no network of jio and we want jio fiber. Unlike me there are more than 300 people who want your service in adaigaon Panvel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Why do we have to listen to a standard voice message that too for 15sec each time when we call? That too right from 3 days in advance of the plan expiration. This is sheer waste of time of the customer plus too annoying.
