@JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

@Theoria1526 @JioCare That's what I did. I have already paid #Airtel for 3 months in advance. Now, they send me standard responses whenever I contact them in case of connection doesn't work. I haven't seen the face of their network engineer. My #AirtelBroadband connection is still not working.

@surajit195 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue, I am stuck because I have given them 11600 Rs in advance which they refuse to refund or give me the connection. Making sure to reach out to people on Twitter hoping to save other people from being treated the same way by Jio.

@JioCare @jagograhakjago can you suggest how to deal with such issue. I bought a WiFi extension device from Jio directly and unable to configure it as per the use guide. There is no technical support being provided by Jio team for past 3 days now

@JioCare how many times I have to tweet regarding my problem. I am not geting any solution from U. "My jio fiber account has been activated without installation of device" on feb of this year. I complained recently and refunded my "secure deopsit" amount of rs 500.
