    @JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

    @JioCare My exprnce with Jio is pathetic, office has given me IP Phone I have connected it with lan and call drops in 15-20 seconds I raise a complaint you super inteligent customer care no 1 is able to resolve it. My colleagues nearby using #Airtel no issues for them shall I switch too

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn was using ur postpaid service since last 8 months Before that used prepaid service for 8 yrs Tried really hard to manage with ur pathetic network Will be porting to @reliancejio or @airtelindia within this week. I was a loyal customer, but can't manage anymore.

    1. Why will the service request close saying it been resolved, when it not resolved? 2. Since its old request is close, the new one will take another 24 time to resolve.... I mean this can go on... Can any manager or some in charge get on this and call me. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare is the worst customer service company. My service request no. SR000015UFC0 is not resolved yet. Your lineman is just giving false info. @jiocare is careless. Everywhere bot replies. No human touch. Worst company ever seen.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Well framed policies to force us recharge as per your wish, even after doing Rs. 79 + 10 fulltalk time recharge we can't send a single sms as it's impossible to send since Airtel Policies(monopoly) to recharge as per policies @reliancejio pls support

    @TRAI @reliancejio what the heck is wrong with your network in Cuttack(753014). I am not able to call anyone!!! This is utterly disgusting. This is been happening for the last 2-3 weeks. I don’t understand what the hell is wrong!!

    @reliancejio Your agents doesn't understand anything. I am not even aware that my issue is resolved and when I check bravo!!! it's still the same nothing has been done. I have connected IP Phone for my office use. But not able use it bcz the connection drops in 15-20 secs I hv been marked LWP

    Paid installation fee of Rs 1500 on 15 July 2021 but till now no one came to install (today is 21 july) . Customer care are also not able to give answer . I am struggling to WFH . #Jiocare @JioCare
