    @JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

    @JioCare Since last 3 days I am geting standard reply from Customer care that issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Marketing executive who sold plan is not receiving call . Where shall I go ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio In our area jio network is running very slow 100 kb/ps running. Many time we complaint about this matter to #Jio dealer but can't help can u plz solved the problem many time dew to bad network call facility also did not work properly.

    @JioCare @DigitalChefYash Friendly warning, paid 11600 Rs last week for a new connection for days they did not show finally I’m informed that some technical problem so they can’t install..Been trying non stop to get in touch for a refund till now zero response.
