@JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

@JioCare @TRAI is jil has hourly plan, everyday Internet is not working between 6pm to 9pm, am i not paying for that timing. Can you make it full day plan.
