    @JioCare I waste 5-10 minutes watching the message "we are fetching your account details" upon opening "My Jio" app. Why the heck it takes eternity to show my account. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

    @JioCare The fiber cable has been laid, there is an issue with the local cable operator who is not allowing to give connection(check from your side), in fact, I didn't make the cancellation, Please take this matter to the higher-ups & solve the issue

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare we all villagers (1000+ jio users) will stop using your sim if you don't resolve network problem in our village area within a week. Lots of jio installed but of no use.

    @JioCare Its the only message I get after every complaint but just within weeks time I am forced to message again fedup with ur poorest services n ignorable response 9797030000 and jio landline which is not wrong wth fibre is 1943552782

    @JioCare Very soon you will be 5th from down if you will continue with the services like this. Understand that you can make an person fool once only. People are understanding now and will shift to other service providers very soon

    @JioCare 3days doesn't seem like priority. Please come up with a better lie or say on our face that the company does not care. Do you understand the problem? A LADY IS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY WITHOUT CONNECTIVITY FOR 3DAYS. How is the company even asking for some time? 3days hv passed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm living in a metro city-Kolkata and above then 8monthsI'm struggling with your network..do i need to change my sim jio to other or you guys will seriously look into this,ps.tired of calling customer care. Paying599 for 84 days.A unhappy customerThanks🙏
