    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare Data speed is too bad/slow in this location. Dnt tell us due to high number of users data connectivity is poor.

    @reliancejio @JioCare there is new jio tower in my area. (Singhara dulhin bazar Patna 801102.) But we are not getting proper network in the range of 400 Miter redius. Plz fix it.

    @JioCare It has been over a month since your team has been working on my issue, yet you have failed to resolve it. Is my case really that complicated? First, you created unnecessary drama in cancelling the booking, and now you are repeating the same with the refund.

    @JioCare Thank you for reopening the request. However, please note that the issue was never resolved earlier and the complaint was closed without any visit or OTP verification. Request proper engineer visit and permanent resolution, as the problem is still ongoing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Despite multiple follow-ups, my request was only rescheduled repeatedly with zero action. Due to this negligence, I was forced to take a new connection from another provider Airtel. Why should I pay for a service that was never delivered?
