So which one is correct? --Recharge confirmation says the subscription is included. --JioHotstar says I don't have a subscription. --HelloJio also says my current plan doesn't include it. This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience. Customers shouldn't have to guess whether the benefits they've paid for actually exist. Please look into this issue and activate the subscription or explain why there is a mismatch between the recharge confirmation and your own services.
