    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare I have been complaining since yesterday, but all I keep getting are excuses that the technician is "just about to arrive." If you cannot provide timely service, then why have a scheduling system in the first place?
