    @JioCare I request you I need a mobile network in my area. Apart from my village, there are 25 villages where there is no mobile today, Adhora, Dalkandya, Dungri, Pokhari, Meedar, Basnidhura, there are many such villages, there are at least 500 population in one village.

    @JioCare If 5G is being developed in the country, first of all, 2G service to the backward areas, then talk about 5G and digital India's ad, such as Jio shows as if Jio's network is in the whole country, what benefit by showing such ad when you up to 2G Can not apply proper in the country

    @JioCare Speaking future, it has been more than 1 year, when will your future come, I do not understand, live network providing such a good service, only my area is being deferred, Tell me and how long it will take for the future to come, otherwise I am ready to do the Airtel survey.

    @JioCare Sir teenpani chaudah (near city hospital) this around area is jio network is also available but internet is not suffering. Normal page searching time is very large or youtube 144p video suffering is slow break to play then break to play very slow speed.Sir solve problem

    @JioCare Inspite of repeated escalation, jio care is responding without even verifying the issue. Your connection records itself are not correctly available with you or is some way of misguiding customers in name of providing referral connection. Most poor way of handling issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Poor service ever. My call is disconnecting after every minute. The biggest mistake of my life was to switch from JIO. Getting back to @reliancejio Again. Really disappointed!!

    @JioCare This is very unfortunate that despite my relocation being scheduled for 30thDecember, I didn't receive any call/messages for an engineer visit.I called customer care and came to know that my visit has been rescheduled on 1 st,Jan. This is a very unprofessional behaviour.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is highly disappointing that even after recharging a new plan, there is no connectivity. Sending DM is not helping. It's been 6 hrs and still issue is not resolved. It would be great if someone can call & assist

    @JioCare I am not convinced with the resolution provided. Please note my complaint and share escalation matrix, & if there is no escalation process at Jio care, please confirm accordingly, so that I can directly take-up with external authority on how customers are fooled in name of offers
