I returned and jio gave 1500 citing reason 1000 is connection charge. The person who installed is at fault but who faced the loss? The customer :) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON’T BUY JIO.

There has been no effort to restore the connection despite registering a complaint. Around 100 connections are effected. Please help.
