    @reliancejio I have purchase the jio fiber WiFi but last week WiFi speed is very slow so I have not satisfied with your services becoz I will try most of time to complaint regarding jio WiFi speed but no one resolve my problem. I think this is worst services in entire India.

    @reliancejio @JioCare What a disappointing customer service. Customer care not responding to my problem since last September. Now they rejected to even register complaint. Facing terrible net speed in my locality. No action been taken. Height of ignorance.

    @JioCare @reliancejio in my locality all the jio customer are facing network issue. Signal strength is very low calling as well as internet facility is zero please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Area- Sadar Cantt Bareilly U.P

    I facing same problem of slow internet speed in other devices also, I have not seen such a useless network till date, in a 4G network, 25-25 kb speed is coming. Please do it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    This is to inform Dear Jio that indoor network coverage was very poor in Area Jauhari Farm, Jamia nagar but now a days it is impossible to make and receive calls inside and outside in balcony please make a proper resolution so that we can make call @JioCare @reliancejio

    Jio is the worst network company ever. I have complained many times but they have always more excuses instead of solution of the problems. I have been 2GB per day plan for 3 months but i am unable to use this data due to low network speed @JioCare @GoI_MeitY @reliancejio

    @JioCare Issue is on setup box not playing the channels on JioTV app .. on mobile it is okay means app is working and even net is working ! Setup box may have to be looked into
