@reliancejio Jio service is worst.I have taken connection but signals were weak so i withdrew within month,now its more than 20 days no one came to pickup set top box.However i have complained over calls and mails several times but not a single person has contacted at local level

@JioCare jio fiber line is 200 meters away from my house it has been 3 months but till now the line has not reached my house whenever i call i say your side monkeys disconnect the line but it is not right because i have Excitel fiber last 1.5 year and no problem

@reliancejio @jio_fiber I requested for Jio Fiber connection NO0000O5G4K5 and the Sales person asked me to pay in advance which I did on 6/1 and the connection is still not installed. According to technical there is no active nord, why to charge when you cannot provide service?
