    @JioCare @reliancejio 1080 p video is buffering a lot. When I called on your toll free no. And asked for a technician visit they’re saying that disconnect your devices and bla bla I asked for a technician not your call support. Please provide me the same.

    I facing same problem of slow internet speed in other devices also, I have not seen such a useless network till date, in a 4G network, 25-25 kb speed is coming. Please do it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    This is to inform Dear Jio that indoor network coverage was very poor in Area Jauhari Farm, Jamia nagar but now a days it is impossible to make and receive calls inside and outside in balcony please make a proper resolution so that we can make call @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare jio fiber line is 200 meters away from my house it has been 3 months but till now the line has not reached my house whenever i call i say your side monkeys disconnect the line but it is not right because i have Excitel fiber last 1.5 year and no problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare What a disappointing customer service. Customer care not responding to my problem since last September. Now they rejected to even register complaint. Facing terrible net speed in my locality. No action been taken. Height of ignorance.

    @reliancejio Jio service is worst.I have taken connection but signals were weak so i withdrew within month,now its more than 20 days no one came to pickup set top box.However i have complained over calls and mails several times but not a single person has contacted at local level

    @JioCare This are typical DRAMABAAZI on every single day.. For one Sim delivery that I already Paid upfront and I have to beg around on Twitter for follow-ups. Why can’t @JioCare figure this out since 7 days and even not a single call to provided alternate number to apprise customer.

    @JioCare Request to please read my issue there is no issue that payment not posted in the issue was I want to pay my postpaid bills As per my bill, the payable amount was ₹1,714.82, to my jio app I am click on pay bill and then asking a pin after UPI pin deduct ₹16,977.84
