    @reliancejio Jio service is worst.I have taken connection but signals were weak so i withdrew within month,now its more than 20 days no one came to pickup set top box.However i have complained over calls and mails several times but not a single person has contacted at local level

    Jio is the worst network company ever. I have complained many times but they have always more excuses instead of solution of the problems. I have been 2GB per day plan for 3 months but i am unable to use this data due to low network speed @JioCare @GoI_MeitY @reliancejio

    Sir 5 days back I got a new jio fiber connection but from last 3 days it's not working.The router I on but the internet is not connecting I have complaint many time but there is no responce from the service center Such a poor service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio 1080 p video is buffering a lot. When I called on your toll free no. And asked for a technician visit they’re saying that disconnect your devices and bla bla I asked for a technician not your call support. Please provide me the same.

    This is to inform Dear Jio that indoor network coverage was very poor in Area Jauhari Farm, Jamia nagar but now a days it is impossible to make and receive calls inside and outside in balcony please make a proper resolution so that we can make call @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hello Jio Support, @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing very poor network connectivity in my area.The internet speed becomes extremely slow and calls are also affected. The main issue is that whenever the electricity goes off, the network signal immediately drops to just one or two bars, and after that nothing works properly internet stops working and calls become difficult or impossible. This issue has been happening regularly for quite some time. Kindly check the network tower/battery backup situation in my area and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

    @JioCare 🚨 BEWARE OF JIO FIBER FRAUD! 🚨Jio takes advance money & gives ZERO service. They hold my ₹5440, fake the activation & ignore 100+ calls. Total scam! DO NOT TRUST them. Please look into this daily harassment and money scam by Jio. They are cheating innocent customers!

    Sharing screenshots of repeated outage messages received from Jio since April. This clearly shows the issue is ongoing for a long time and customers are being ignored. Need immediate action, permanent resolution, and fair compensation for downtime. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Received escalation SR000036FF0X and assurance of update within 8 working hours. However, Internet outage since 5-May still continues and multiple residents in our apartment are affected. Awaiting actual resolution, not just updates.
