    @JioCare I have raised a service request on the 9th September and till today no resolution done. Technicians are worthless and don't know their job. Team leader says he does not work with jio. Escalation matrix not available with jio customer care.

And worst customer service, if face issue with Airtel/ Vodaphone ,there was no need to follow for such long
