@JioCare Sir Already 12 days in this month I had not used internet service who will bear the loss of days. Rest either u give time to resolve the issue or suggest me to surrender the connection. This is just giving only assurance.

@JioCare Service ID : 299043559808. JIO FIBER. Anantha Padmanabhan. Chennai. East Anna Nagar, K Block, Door No 50. Same problem persists (external fault in your line since last one hour). No change made internally. Light blinking RED. Repeatedly it is faulty for last three days.
