But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. And if the phone is connected to 4G, the experience is no better. Surprisingly, other operators provide much more stable and reliable service in my area.
