@JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

@JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

@JioCare please terminate my Jio Fiber connection and process my refund. The network is pathetic and even at 150 Mbps, I’m not able to open basic websites. The app and team is completely useless, they only reset the router from the back end instead of in person checks.
