@JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

@JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

I lodged a complaint regarding my set top box and they promised some one would visit within 24 hours. No body visited but I get a message my complaint resolved. Is it a joke on me by Jio @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

@Airtel_Presence Frequent slowness and disconnection. Main reason of the issue is, Connection wires were not permanent like #jiofibre @reliancejio. Airtel using EB poles for their wires. Waiting for #jiofibre connection in our area to switch back.

@JioCare jio fradu company ,they never ever support retailers all over India ,a retailer can sale jio sim ,but they couldn't have permission and rights to give sim swap (damged sim or missing sim )
