    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare - I had raised a request to resolve 'missing coupons' issue 6 days back. I have got 9 replies from different people -"don't worry, we are working". The issue is not yet resolved. Can this be assigned to someone who can own the 'responsibility'.

    Make new connections faster, but make aftersales service very slow that the customer should regret the decision for choose jio fiber as Internet provider, thanks @JioCare for not responding to the issue after so many calls and live chats.
