But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues.
