    @DoT_India Sir, I humble request you to please take necessary actions upon these network providers. We have a Hospital and after 24-48 hours issues didn't get resolved. They @JioCare @reliancejio are very irresponsible 🙏🙏

    Hi @JioCare Team, I ported out from Jio on 10th Jan and still i am waiting for my refund of postpaid no.(same is shared in DM). Once i called your customer care and they told me to wait till at least 20 days, and now it's over, so kindly look into it

    @JioCare @jio_fiberPathetic customer service as taken 150 mbps jio plan & getting only 35mbps while tried to register complaint customer care refused to register saying system saying No issue , However same system showing 35mbps irony ,@ jio either resolve or disconnect
