@JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

@JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio i paid money on 15th. Today is 27th. Where is my jio fiber connection? Why can't I talk to your customer care executives? Your only helpline for Fiber customers says my no. Is not registered (1800-896-9999). Pathetic services.
