@JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

@JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

@JioCare I have raise the concern multiple time but no resolution provide yet. I have recharge 15days ago.From last 13days net not working. If you don't have any solution then y dont you close this company. Every time next 2hour resolution time given by c-care executive.

@JioCare really it's a worst experience with jio...you are charging or waving higher charges but 1% of its your network or paid money is not compensated..for 1 yr I'm waiting for resolution ..had many telephonic conversations with officials bt of no use .better shut and sleep

Any network worse than @reliancejio ? Call drops or fails every time. The disturbance when on call until it fails is irritating. No access to mobile internet either @JioCare is awesome! They say they are already aware of this & working on it since last...1 yr? SHAME!
