    @JioCare My download speed is less than 1 Mbps and on few occasions it goes up to 1.5 .But not above that never.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio what the hell is this server in my location is down for the last one day. Even the customer care is not responding to the call. I have missed all my lectures today and yesterday. Even I am unable to send a message on whatsapp. How will a student study?

    @JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

    @reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

    @JioCare The exact issue is that I am unable to get even full network. And this is not a problem of my Device. I have 3 jio users at my home and all are facing same issue. I am unable to browse, even unable to send a whatsapp message. I missed my lecture at zoom due to it. @JioCare

    @JioCare This is the same response I received from Jio earlier. Repeating the policy does not resolve the issue. I have therefore approached TRAI for guidance on how a genuine long-term user can retain a number when the original registered owner is no longer reachable. Kindly help @TRAI

    @JioCare I am now escalating this matter, along with all screenshots, SMS records, call details, and chat communications, to TRAI and other appropriate consumer grievance authorities for review of the service deficiency and misleading commitments made during the order process.
