    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @VodafoneIN, I have been facing speed issue with network for quite some time now, have raised tickets, talked to customer care, visited Vodafone store complaining regarding the speed issue but still no solution yet, at the same place @reliancejio is giving better speed. Pls check

    @JioCare Dear sir/madam I'm from Mysore and in our locality, the network is dead slow, please see to this... I was airtel network user but now I chose to jio believing that network would be good... I am hopeful that you would resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio hello I'm jio user from past 2 years but now In some places i feel like jio is very slow internet, my current location is getting speed of 850kbps only not even 1Mbps it's so slow

    @JioCare poor connectivity at my location. It takes minutes to load a page. The signal bar shows 3-4 points in mobile. Still poor data connectivity.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 3/ Multiple tickets, multiple escalations, 10+ days of follow-up & now false updates in the system. Customers are expected to keep chasing support while requests are put on hold or cancelled without resolution. Need immediate intervention from a senior escalation team. #JioFiber

    @JioCare i had a jio basic phone, it malfunctioned and i switched the sim in a smart phone of xiaomi, after 3 days i recharged it with 239 for 22 days but the outgoing service is still not working Kindly help

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet has been down for 2 days and SR000036XFA9 is still unresolved. Multiple calls, no proper response, only basic troubleshooting with no solution.

    @JioCare Hi, I had recharged an annual plan of 999 with my JioFiber. The plan details had ott of Amazon prime lite with other 11 ott. It has been more than 30 hrs amazon prime lite does not come under my ott subscription. Can you please help me out.

    My JioAirFiber order NO0001DOBG88 is still pending after KYC and payment. I have been trying to contact support since morning on 18008969999 but no one is responding. Please arrange installation within 24 hours. @JioCare @reliancejio
