@JioCare Suspended my joifibre account due to inefficient service after the installation. Apparently nobody cares once the installation is done and their quota is met. Rest you need to manage. Such a pathetic service thanks to Regional Manager Jagadeesh.

@JioCare unable to access modem and initiated a email query on April 29th and still no response. That's how you are serving your customers now. Can someone help me contact or escalate to the higher manager to fix it. I will sue you if no resolution this time.

But I will not stop this till my problem gets solved, and also want compensation now from @reliancejio . If they had solved my complaint within three months of first complaint it would have been good but now @nch14404 is involved and compensation is must for mental harrassment..
