    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @airtelindia worst service ever. Never expected this kind of service. Since 10 days, no resolution for the airfibre issue I was facing. I even went for new airfibre activation still no resolution. They just think it's just 1 connection. @reliancejio monopoly for a reason.

    Just mine or Jio network has been absolutely horrible over the past month or so? No proper internet, not one call without voice breaks, no proper data speeds literally anywhere. Jio has suddenly become a huge hindrance in Surat, Gujarat @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio I would like to bring to your notice that I have two Jio Fiber connections: +91-5323555794 in Prayagraj (UP) and +91-8313585097 in Belagavi (Karnataka). I have two set-top boxes issued from Jio on +91-5323555794 in Prayagraj with RSN Nos: RPCSBIG00093230 and RFLSBGGB2009236. The Settop box RSN No.: RPCSBIG00093230 has malfunctioned since 19th July, 2026 and it was seen as Fix Set top box on MyJio app at that time. We tried all the troubleshooting methods but the issue was not resolved.

    @Mrsinha Yes network quality has dropped drastically and holding uninterrupted calls is not possible. JIO impossible to talk on direct line only whatsapp calling works. @reliancejio @PMOIndia

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber is completely DEAD again today after a full-day outage yesterday. Other connections in our area (Bisauli) are working fine, so this is an isolated issue with MY line. Please send a technician ASAP for a permanent fix! Jio No: +91-5834356451

    Our phone call at 10:57 a.m. said the network would be back up and running in two and a half hours. However, it's been more than three hours now, and the problem persists. @jiocare
