    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani but no engineer has actually visited my premises. I have received misleading status updates, complaints have been put on hold, and I am still being charged for a service that is not being provided. Kindly stop sending automated responses and provide a permanent resolution.

    My Jio Fiber connection was broken on 17 June , I booked technician visit on the same day but they not arrived till @reliancejio I am from Rampurhat West Bengal, @reliancejio please look into this matter , they (Rampurhat jio store) do it every time whenever my Fiber connection

    @JioCare there were 3 service requests from my side which you closed yourself without resolving the issues. Ambani must try jio himself and try calling his own customer care number

    Did port process from Vi to @reliancejio online and submitted everything and paid. But it still says document verification in process. Why it’s take time. If I did in store it should’ve done so quickly. Can you fast track the process or I will cancel the port request @JioCare
