@JioCare More than 12 times, engineer visit time slot has been extended since yesterday & till now. Even, we got time slot of 7pm, 8.30 pm and 9.31 pm for yesterday on which your customer care center informed us that engineer can't come after 7 pm. Don't know what system is working.
