    @reliancejio Hi, I'm Sumit Kumar. I'm using Jiofiber prepaid connection since 1 month. On 20th June i cancelled Jiofiber prepaid connection with-in trial period because i want to install Jiofiber Postpaid connection. But your customer advisor made a mistake and cancel my cancellation request

    Continue i m complaining for speed improvement in my area but after 10 day once again slow speed problems i m facing. Please arrange any technician in my location and check speed of internet. Very poor service by you. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Not for the 1st call for me it's coming 2 or 3 times when am making a call for emergency it's irritating me 18 is the last date soo I have 3 more days but still it's irritating and feeling to change the network
