@JioCare What an ironic! representative of jio visited 2 times. First time promised by 15 july inter solution device will be installed but false promise. Second time phone and promised within 24 hours network issue resolved. Still I am facing same problem.

@ViCustomerCare & @JioCare plz check your network connection. There is an issue. Everyone I call a Jio number from VI, it says the number does not exists and vice a versa. Only happening with Jio numbers though sms are going through. Even on 2G
