    @JioCare Internet speed has been too bad since last 24 hours.Can't opn a single site.The jio tower is jst behind my place.Before 24 hrs. the speed was vry gud but now it's too bad & using it can't even deliver a WhatsApp text. Important works r being disturbed @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare Let me tell you here, I dont know the name but have called on 9811596098, 9871632549 and 8595720612. Agent with 1st No. called me and left without solution and then given next number, which is switched off and then share last No. as Backend Mngr, but this guy says I am not.

    Dear @JioCare @JioFiber, My Wi-Fi has been down for more than 24 hours. I raised service request SR00002LKPTM and was assured a technician visit today at 10:00 AM, but no one has visited yet. The service status is being updated incorrectly since morning.

    @JioCare My STB service has stopped working, and despite multiple complaints, the technician is not responding. Every complaint is being closed with a "bad weather" excuse, which is completely inaccurate as the weather is perfectly fine. Customers deserve proper support.
