@JioCare The exact issue is that I am unable to get even full network. And this is not a problem of my Device. I have 3 jio users at my home and all are facing same issue. I am unable to browse, even unable to send a whatsapp message. I missed my lecture at zoom due to it. @JioCare

@JioCare Such a big company but such impolite and untrained staff especially the Kolkata region. I will rather switch to a company that values it’s customers and has trained its staff in manners to talk with customers. All it want is profits; no regards for customer satisfaction.
