Issue is repeatedly happening. Informd customer care several times but they instruct to clear data, cache and then restart. Kindly give permanent solution

List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

Last time engineer visited after 3 days of raising complain. I am working from home, internet service is must 24/7. No escalation matrix.

I have been tweeting since four months and have gotten no response from them! The customer service is getting paid to just respond with some automated tweets. Thats all they do without resolving the issue.
