List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

Beyond this you can't even complain to CEO". Finally moved out from @reliancejio #happy.

They took several days in may case and always would close it after 2 days w/o attending to the problem. I switched to @ACTFibernet who attend within 2 to 4 hours at worst

Bsnl engineer are little better than this telecom giant. I using bsnl from 2 years and got problems 4 times and resolved in 3-4 hours.

Granted you are the only service provider worth their salt in Sikkim. Both @reliancejio & @airtelindia are unusable.
