When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. A senior citizen visited the store for a lost SIM replacement and even after 3 days the issue is still not resolved. Staff behaviour was rude and the process was not explained properly.
