If this is the level of after sales service @reliancejio provides, then honestly, it has been one of my worst customer experiences. 4 complaints in 4 months, and still no proper resolution. Had to wait for nearly 2 days. As per service engineer update, they are short staffed & have started inducting trainees. Appreciate the service engineer.
