    @JioCare Very exasperate with @JioCare service. I guess it's been more than 1 months I have been facing the same issue again and again regarding call drops and networking. Guess what it's time to switch to some other service providers.

    @JioCare hi my plan is going to expire in two days, so I'm thinking to port my number to other network, as i have been experiencing very slow internet since months but you guys do nothing, just keep saying peek hours nonsense even though i face issue from morning to night

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare You are no 1 network providers in india. But no use ,in Hyd city I am not getting network .i have Airtel and Jio sims. When I was looking for support simply saying you are croud area please move to another place . It's veryfunny.

    @JioCare i went jio store to re issue my lost sim which cost only 25 rs they charge me 175 by without informing and they are forcing customer to keep to pay 175₹ by giving V shape mobile holder this is very disgusting i want my money back this is not the way to earn

    @JioCare I mistakenly recharged a wrong plan that only offers data for next 8 months worth Rs.1200. Could you please help me reverse the same as its of no use to me. The plan is not yet active.
