@JioCare you don't have enough support technician for attending the calls . After 24 hours the initial service request the customer support team is saying they don't have enough engineer.. so pitty.. please don't said India biggest brodband provider..

@JioCare Hey Abhijit, If Jio would have been so keen for a customer, I would have receive a call from the escalation desk or atleast someone from the regional level. Leave it, I got the indication of a postpaid connection. Chod do, na ho payega tumse.
