For over a month, I've been chasing agents for a JioFiber connection. Multiple contacts provided by Jio and friends have not responded. I then approached Hathway and received the same treatment. Customers are ready to pay, but nobody seems interested in providing a connection. This is raising serious concerns about how new customer requests are being handled. Please explain and help.

Can you please tell how much time does it takes to resolve complaint. @TRAI please take some steps for customers benefit also these telecommunication companies stop service the day recharge is finished so at least we should also have tools to stop if their is any issues.

How come now there is a pole removal issue coming up ? The internet pack I have should provide 100 mbps speed. I'm not getting even 20 mbps speed
