Whenever i raise a compliant u simply came with *no adequate network coverage at ur area*. I am too tried 2 see this kind of reply ,pls dont say again like tis pls try improve ur signal quality. We unable 2 play even 144p videos on utube.

Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.
