Whenever taken up the matter they ask some questions and finally says your area is covered well. My experience for the last 5 years from JIO is mentioned above. I have surrendered 3 JIO due to this.

I think i made worst decision by taking jio airfiber. Totally money waste.

My Jio @JioCare connection needed shifting from 1 place to another just 1 gully apart in the same location but they aren't taking care of it. So I inquired about optic fiber connection of Airtel & within 10 minutes I got a call from Airtel. The girl who called is from my own location ! She also knows my neighborhood well.
