    @JioCare Dear Team, Network speed got preety slow recently in my area. It was very good earlier. Unable to reach customer care due to ongoing issues. My area pincode : 638455 Please check and correct it if possible.

    @JioCare @JioCare 1 year before in my area new jio tower was placed.. after placement of jio tower ,during the first one month, network strength and speed were too good ... Later on strength and speed was dead slow ( it may be due to change in direction of the tower antenna)

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid bill amount for my postpaid number but it was charged again in new bill also. And regards this I made service request not resolved provided to the case my number 9965512212 bill paid on 11th July 2022 of 990/-
