    I have installed #JioGigafiber yesterday and I have start facing issues today and there customers care don’t support my complaint. So please revert back as soon as possible. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio The pricing is bit higher side, Local ISP offers much cheaper than Jio. Also @JioCare Customer Support is very bad. I literally contact Jio 6-7 times on DM but no one giving any satisfactory solution.

    @Idea no network at home itself. Very difficult to work from home. Planning for @reliancejio as have no option. Tired of calling idea customer care.

    @JioCare inspite of so many times of reminder and DM dine twice their is no reply from your end. It has been over 3 months. If you cannot resolve a simple problem in installation then... This is not the service I had expected.

    Complained many time to Airtel for frequently disconnect of broadband.2 months ago I requested to close my account but thev said will nt happen again & will upgrade to 100Mbps in 30 days.PROBLEM STILL EXIST. NO UPGRADE. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad @airtelindia

    @JioCare I already messages multiple time so requesting you to ask me or help me here and my number is already available on DM. You can use the digital technology and take the history of your DM and resolve this issue instead of asking DM

    @JioCare Hamza...It is going on from last 5 months and everytime new member come and ask me and raise multiple tickets and issue never got resolved . I don't know what jio is doing and they are not able to solve one problem

    @Airtel_Presence Worst customer service ever! Shifted to new house, no fiber so requested IPTV+Internet.1 week, endless 198 n technicians calls , ZERO resolution or install @ServiceProvider fix this #WorstService #InternetOutage #ConsumerRights @reliancejio I need to port it .
