Even i after taking postpaid connection, askimf them to activate my amazon prime, but no actual response. Juat day by day, a new msg, and no actual result. This company now have no value for there cuatomers.😤😤

Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

My internet has been unstable for 5 days and your “relevant team” seems to exist only in messages. If no one is going to act, at least share the Darbhanga local team’s contact number so I can deal with this directly.
