    @TRAI @reliancejio @HDFCBank 3rd time I’m receiving a promotional call from 1600308807 My number is on DND, yet HDFC keeps disturbing me. Jio please REGISTER THIS AS A COMPLAINT and take action. I don’t want these useless calls. If this continues, I’ll close my HDFC credit card.

    I don’t know how many time need to past, contact customer support. Fiber worked for only 2 days as soon I recharged it yesterday for the month again that **** has started. I talked to customer support 1 week ago till now no engineer has visited my place. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer support. Customers don’t even have the right to register a proper complaint. Calls get disconnected and issues remain unresolved. Stop taking customers’ helplessness for granted.

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team, I made the payment for my Jio connection on 1st August, but the installation is still pending. This delay is seriously impacting my WFH and work commitments. Please treat this as an urgent escalation and arrange installation immediately.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Using Jio Fiber net. Last month the Internet service was disrupted for 4-5 days. If am paying the amount for full month and if there is no service for certain days, why isn’t there a refund policy or extra days given for the affected days? @consumerforum_

    @JioCare order no NO0001F0I0F6 made payment on 04.08.2026 for jio fibre. But still fibre connection not installed. Pathetic service. Refund my money

    @JioMart @reliancejio What kind of service is this? Every time I place an order, it gets accepted after payment, but after a few days, it’s cancelled without any proper explanation. Now my account is blocked too nd my money is stuck in my JioMart wallet. Resolve this ND refund me

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m from Rajasthan, not Gujarat. For the past few days, when I call someone and they don’t answer or disconnect, the recorded message plays in Gujarati instead of Hindi. Same on incoming calls. Why is this happening? Please fix it. #Jio
