I was given a service window between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, but it’s now past 6:00 PM. Neither has your engineer arrived, nor is your employee answering my calls.

I booked an engineer visit for 6–7 PM, but he called to say he was busy and couldn’t attend. Please disconnect my connection and arrange router pickup.

It is not powering on and the device malfunctioned within two months of purchase.I complained to Jio things email team many times also provided them invoice, IMEI, but problem not resolved.

Everyday morning they schedule the time for the engineer for 3_4 PM but no body comes . Really we're fed up in calling the Customer care Our Online tuition gets affected without Wifi Please do immediately
