    @JioCare @reliancejio I had clearly told you that the problem is from the technical team's side, yet today you appointed an engineer. He came an hour ago, checked everything, and confirmed that the installation and hardware are perfectly fine. I was with him the entire time.

    @JioCare When will your team look into this issue as the relocation was requested on 16 April 2026 and no update from your team. Itss pretty much disappointing.

    @reliancejio Jio's service is so WORST / PATHETIC , if you want to get troubled or suffer loss without doing anything then you should get Jio's WiFi installed, and if you want to save money and avoid metal stress then don't get it installed @JioCare

    Surprising to see @reliancejio (@JioCare ) has abysmally poor connectivity in Goa. Even at Airport region also But funny thing is @airtelindia is not that great too at patches in cities in Goa

    @JioCare The number which i mistakenly markered for relocation has been suspended even after asking the customer support to resume the services whereas the number i wanted to relocate no person is responding on it @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare for the entire day i hardly cpupd get 5g ..don't why it happens on daily basis even being into a 5g zone...rubbish network

    @JioCare @reliancejio has undoubtedly the worst customer service support among all. They are so shameless that kept on repeating same **** again and again but the problem never resolve. they even scheduled a enginner visit and gave me a time slot of 8-9 but no one appears.

    @JioCare I was told the technician would reach within 30 min of scheduled time, yet nobody came. I didn't receive any call. I informed same thing to your sales person, Mr.Shamsher & now he is also not picking up the call. Using JioFiber since 2015, I have never faced this kind of issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I understand this may be due to an increase of internet users, but it’s unfair for customers to experience such poor network coverage when we are paying for quality service. It is your responsibility to upgrade the network as demand grows.
