    Pathetic services by @jiocare. It has been 45 days since i changed my plan, but my set top box (jio fibre) has not been installed yet. I have visited local office twice but in vain. Worst services.

    @JioCare network is very verry weak in my area I couldn't stream any video without buffering and no any messages sending from WhatsApp

    @reliancejio When I found a guy who uses Jio, when I contacted customer care , he says to contact store as he is unable to fetch the details !! What kinda service are you willing to provide customers ? Worst service !

    @reliancejio One of the worst experiences had! Unnecessarily ported in from Airtel to Jio during January ! Couldn’t use since 10.01.23! When contacted the person who has helped me while porting, he said to contact Store ! When contacted the store, he says to contact customer care

    Why would I trouble bcoz of misguidnce frm Jio custmer support executive. I wantd to chnge the plan but it's still not done. @reliancejio @JioCare cust executive providing wrong info and continuing disconnecting my call. I want my bill to correct it. @TRAI

    Too much adds on ott live . Pls give solution for that or disconnect the connection or provide dth connection @jiocare @Dot_india

    @JioCare is it a weekly occurrence? My jio fiber internet gives up at least once a week. Down again. Biggest mistake buying 6 months in advance. Absolutely ridiculous.
