    @jiocare the airfiber was under network outage frm 25.8.26 till 1.9.26 6pm. Hence change the recharge date of 6th September asap @reliancejio

    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

    The internet in my area is so unstable and not only my mobile internet but also the wifi here, I contacted the customer care once for another issue so when I asked him about ping and unstability of the internet it was ignored @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by “next few days”

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been disconnecting since 26 August despite multiple technician commitments. The request was wrongly marked “Resolved.” Please escalate and arrange immediate resolution. SR00003FFU7X #Customerrights #falseclaim #cheating
