Very poor customer service. @JioCare. Same reply for everytime. They don't try to solve the issues. We lodge complaint repeatedly but no action taken from their end. Very poor network service throughout the day. Waste of money. Very poor service. #Jiofoolscustomers

@JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima I was told by customer care that it will be picked up by 8th of March Maximum but unfortunately no action till now. I am extremely unhappy with the services provided by Jio and will not recommended anyone to avail this services.

So finally it's my last recharge in reliance jio, it's internet service is as bad as it seems 2g or worse,shame on you @reliancejio @TRAI They just loot people everyday,it sucks.

@roshan1432cool @JioCare It seems that jio earns too much. They don't care about customer. I have complaint for network issue and no single communication by jio, hence I switched to @airtelindia . Please switch to airtel. Best customer service.
