    @JioCare No Sir, only set narration -"there users using internet at the same time from the site you are connected with". Sir you don't understand my problem , before long time Network issue and internet signals. M many complain jio and jio team but they don't response, plse repair sir!

    I raised the complaint on National Consumer forum with docket No. 2956446 due to lack of proper response from @reliancejio Fibre Team. My Docket no. is disposed now stating that I'm not eligible for full refund from jio Fibre Team. But i used the Jio Fibre only for 10 days .

    @JioCare My order number is NO0000IQK9R1 - paid for 30 days trial of Jio Fibre on 16.09.2021. I’m disappointed at the way your service engineers are rescheduling the installation day after day. It’s supposed to be installed today. Can you help?
