    @JioCare Recharged twice on your phone app for international roaming (navigating in your iOS app). The plan did not get activated. The customer care said that the money went to wrong plan-a domestic top up - neither the plan can be activated nor the money can be refunded.Pls help

    @reliancejio and @JioCare due to your bed service first i switched to airtel broadband. Now to take my money back no one from support is replying properly. This kind of service is decreasing your customer base. I will never suggest your service to any one.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Trying to disconnect jio. Too much delay and worst response from customer care and service engineer. No follow up, no courtesy to customer. Should I throw the device into dust bin?

    @Swiggy @JioCare I'm trying to order food from swiggy, but due jio internet issue, it's difficult to order. jio internet Very poor service, with no customer satisfaction. Multiple complaints have been filed, but no action has been taken; you can't even order food online.

    @JioCare Yesterday I got calls from jio service saying that my device will get picked up by today 13/10/2022 between 2-6 pm but till now no update.. this is what happening last 9 month
