    @JioCare @ketanc18 My problem still same when my problem will be solved when you will take hard action regarding your local representative telling a lie to coustomer if you want proof I have proff that's why I am going to discontinue my jio service next month I am totally disappointed of jio care.

    @JioCare Still problem not solved I have all the proof regarding fake details provided by jio local representative what is the service providing by you. And my complain is closed without my knowledge I am so fed-up regarding this matter solution is not providing by jio care.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I regret to inform you that i am facing network signal issue since 1 year at my village named Rawtara chandil 832401. I had complaint several times at your outlets and customer care support etc. Complaints are closed with resolving.

    @jiocare I am finding some issues in my Billings. 1st month was free & i had opted 6M plans in March. As per plans my next billing cycle should be in month of September, don't know how my credit balance expires in july-aug billing itself, it's just 4.5 months till now.

    @reliancejio - JioFiber #Postpaid plans make no sense as the plans are advance rental, which is basically a #Prepaid service named differently. None of your executives who came to sign up mentioned this. Why confuse and complicate life this way!

    @JioCare This is still not resolved. I don't even see any complaint is registered. Very disappointing. Keeps on facing issues one after the other and not getting any positive response. Looks like I have to switch the service provider. I can't survive my job with this.
