    @sahil_himani @JioCare @reliancejio Yes jio service is very bed in this aear i complaints How many times have I complained to jio but there has been no improvement in the service

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio Since 13 April, it’s been 10 days and multiple complaints, yet no refund. Your team confirmed that refund will be processed, but it is still not credited Stop closing complaints without resolution — this is completely unacceptable. Process my refund immediately.

    @JioCare This has become a trend from the last one month to open the ticket and close it after service resumes. One thing to note, everyday about 6 hrs the service is down and nobody cares find the root cause.

    @reliancejio @JioCare hello,I have raised my concern of low speed of internet on Jio home fiber. Technician also visited but There is no resolution done.technician already reported faulty router but why customer care is not taking my complaint?? Please resolve this issue!!

    @JioCare It’s not resolved yet, run diagnostics shows FUP quota exhausted & buy booster plan. I had already recharged with 101, why that’s not reflecting? @jagograhakjago need your intervention on this matter, after multiple repeated complaints Jio is not solving the airfiber issue

    @JioCare Also check my data usage, can't even use 200 mb from 2gb in a day , coz it's **** , so I have to use wifi always which was intended to be used for tv only

    @JioCare @JioCare Diagnostics done. All devices fail. LED: Solid Green. Past SR000031CACD tech confirmed router needs replacement. Stop stalling with links. I'm losing paid annual plan days. Generate a replacement SR today or face a formal legal complaint for deficiency in service.
