    hypocrisy of @JioCare! Internet down for 12+ hours and zero engineers available to fix it. But the second I ask about buying a new service? Magically, I get engineer wit name, numbers instantly. Prioritizing sales over existing loyal customers is a shame. #JioFiber #BadService

    @JioCare I ordered a jio sim on 6/07/2025, I still didn't receive my sim, I called many times to jio support they didn't help , I also raised a complaint but they didn't resolve my issue. I request you to look into the matter and solve

    @JioCare it has been 6 months of frustration trying to cancel my Jio Fiber connection. I’ve been requesting closure since Jan 6, 2026, yet Jio continues to generate bills for a service I am not using. They’ve closed multiple service requests without action: SR00002W8IZ7, etc.
