    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio your AirFiber service is awful. Every day the speed drops so much that we can't even watch TV or send messages. I've raised countless complaints, but nothing gets fixed.

    @JioMart @reliancejio And suddenly got msg that ur order cancelled due to out of stock, how this possible that all 18 items are out of stock, very pathetic service I ever seen from jiomart, dukan band kardo apni. Mins if u unable to provide order the why mention quick delivery on app.

    @JioCare One of the engineer has resigned & other one is not picking up. Currently, Our area service is “Bhagwan bharose”. @JioCare @reliancejio: be assured your due bill by tomorrow will be paid for the services which you couldn’t provide. Thanks for such pathetic service!!

    @JioCare I have been trying since 1 week and my installation Appointment has been repeatedly rescheduled without even speaking to me. The current scheduled date is 17/07/2026, which is absolutely unacceptable. I am already already facing issues with office related work on daily basis.

    @JioCare My Jio Airfiber order (NO0001EHE25E) placed on July 7 still has NO confirmed installation date after 6 days. Agent promised me installation within a week. This is unacceptable. I need immediate resolution and compensation. #JioFail
