  And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

  @JioCare @JioCare i already submitted the fresh copy of CRF with my visa details in it on Aug 16. A service request is been created after submitting the new one. So can you please check properly and process it soon. Its been more than 12 days since i raise the request

  the most shameful and irresponsible operator is JIO... the fiber network is down since 3.28pm yesterday...they now say it will be restored by 23rd Aug, clear 48hrs without internet...their service executive says "switch to another operator...we cant do any better" @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio4g has failed 4 times in 4 mnths. Every time, support asks me to reset the Wi-Fi pwd. I have 6 devices + CCTV, and this is not a sol. The same issue happnd again 10 days later. My work is affeced. Provide a permanent fix or the disconnection proc

  @JioCare @JioCare When did I ever tell you my router wasn't showing a Green LED? It has been green since day one. The issue is 1–2 Mbps on my 30 Mbps plan. Either provide my official complaint number and resolve it, or come and take your dabba router. Enough is enough.
