@reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare Really frustrated with #JioFiber care. Raised a complaint for router issue and technician visited the premise and confirmed that router need to be changed but the customer care not raising router change request and asks me to send mail for the same. Worst.

@JioCare @dharmubaba I’ve paid for Jio Fiber twice but there’s some issue with installation (Joint box is concealed). Also Airtel wifi is soooo ****** that in a 900 sq ft home, there’s no signal in the rooms!
