    @JioCare It is taking too much time to fill application and also session getting expired. Please assist asap. I an doing wfh so, it is required or I need to think another networks for faster service.

    Don’t go with Jio AirFiber if you expect stable internet & good service. Very slow and fluctuating speed despite plan limit, TV apps keep crashing, complaints get closed without proper fix. Worst experience so far. #JioAirFiber #Jio @JioCare

    @JioCare sim delievery guy from jio gave me jio postpaid instead of prepaid. Charged 400/- 349+50(sim delivery). Orde id NO0001DQT5QE. Pls help. I booked prepaid sim not postpaid.

    Dear @ACTFibernet your internet has become rank bad. Last 3 months have been terrible. Numerous complaints raised. No respite. It keeps getting disconnected. Worst is after restarting router your internet takes 15 mins to connect. Dear @JioCare please tel me how can I move to you

    Hello @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare Your jio prepaid services are very bad and poor I have been many times complaining about this issue but problem is still . Your internet service is very worst and very slow poor in the world. So I switched to another service provider. I am user of jio family of 13 years but I am still not able to connect with them.

    @JioCare @JioHotstar How do I reach out to you? Looks like you have complicated ways to reach to you. Your app is non-functional. You bundle ott subscription but then you log in with no. It does not work. How do I raise a complaint?

    Really disappointed with JioFiber service. Facing internet issues since Fri and it’s been 3 days now with no resolution. The engineer only keep restarting the router, but the problem is still there. Now I’m being asked to wait another 2 mo day. Need immediate resolution. @JioCare
