    @gauravcsawant @reliancejio Tower khraab ho gya?? He can't even say that it was vandalized by goons & now they are regretting it because they are left without any network. Let them stay like this for a while

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor network connection when I needed the most. I repeatedly complaint about it. But everytime got the answer, it will be rectified. But when? It's already 4 months. Are u indirectly telling customer, change the network? Not expecting something from Jio.

    @JioCare Worst service I did recharge of 555 and 569 on my father's number and it got failed but money deducted and hasn't been refunded. Have been using the service from the launch but looks like finally have to switch to other network coz of service im getting

    @reliancejio @JioCare How pathetic are you helpline services. I called Jio care and they weren't able to solve my problem. I went to Jio care,the person available there has no correct way to speak to customers and he clearly said no to me. This is the way to treat a customer?
