    @JioCare most pathetic service I have ever seen everyday you get messages but none them are honoured as per the time given during installation I had same problem and now to uninstall I am facing the same problem. Never expected this from a big group

    @reliancejio Please improve on customer support. It is impossible to get to speak to an agent on any line. Have a problem and still am unable to get in touch with any agent directly.

    @JioCare my fibre to home internet connection is not working for a week. I have raised a complaint, your engineers don’t visit and show the issue as resolved . I have reached out to service manager Sahil Shankar, technical lead Virendra Pali with no resolution
