    @JioCare Dear team its a matter of public safety and emergency, simply closing the complaint request without resolving is not acceptable. If Handset issue, it should not allow me to make any call, I am just unable to call 100 & 108 means, there might be technical issue with operator end.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

    @TigeRamesh @reliancejio I made the mistake of travelling to shanghai with a jio sim in 2018... international roaming never worked despite me paying for it... bought a local sim finally!

    @JioCare @reliancejio we're continuously getting the - No Internet service - time to time in Jio fiber which very badly hampers our office work! Due to reasons like - wifi name changed automatically, router upgrade happens without any user intimation from jio end! 1/3
