    @JioCare Dear team its a matter of public safety and emergency, simply closing the complaint request without resolving is not acceptable. If Handset issue, it should not allow me to make any call, I am just unable to call 100 & 108 means, there might be technical issue with operator end.

    @JioCare Please confirm when this issue will be resolved, Transaction of Jun-2020, following up with you since July-2020, we are in Oct-2020, Plz refund.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

    @reliancejio The network connection inside GIFT City (Gandhinagar) is very weak. As a major global financial hub, seamless internet is critical here. Please look into upgrading the local towers to improve call drops and data speed for professionals working in the area.

    Hey @JioCare , I activated a new Jiofibre pack just 2 days ago, but JioTV is still not working. This is really frustrating, especially after paying for the service. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Really disappointed with the service of your people

    @JioCare shameful service provider Jio fiber SR registered on 26.6 Er scheduled on 27th postphoned on 28.6 again on 30.6. Yesterday stated visited on 2.7.26 Today again rescheduled on 3.7.26 Almost 168 hours are over shameful ugly service provider @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare, this is the worst service I’ve dealt with. My STB request (SR000039RZK9) has been pending since June 29th. I’ve called 5 times in 2 days, and I’m sick of hearing ‘engineer will come.’ No one shows up. Stop wasting my time and fix it now. I’m extremely frustrated.

    @JioCare It asks me to call the IVRS number and the call doesn't provide any options to reach my problem. Who even designed this horrible system? You pay your engineers for this?
