If Handset issue, it should not allow me to make any call, I am just unable to call 100 & 108 means, there might be technical issue with operator end.

This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.

Then why did you ask for again base plan for just getting the network signal ..?? I don’t want to accept or dial the call while roaming , I just want to keep active my phone in network to receive SMS . Hope it’s free of service , if we have enough validity on our account .

RB Talkies (@RBZ_Talkiez) reported@reliancejio @TRAI The customer service agent openly says I cannot raise complaint and I can go ahead and call customer service number - this is not giving any improvements to my situation. @TRAI not just jio everytime I run into issues I have to beg to my ISP , fake out that I'm leaving country.
