    @JioCare Dear team its a matter of public safety and emergency, simply closing the complaint request without resolving is not acceptable. If Handset issue, it should not allow me to make any call, I am just unable to call 100 & 108 means, there might be technical issue with operator end.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

    @JioCare 2 months since the compliant , still you people are unable to find out the solution, it seems you have activated to another customer with my payment & not disclosing any details.

    @JioCare Such bad service @JioCare. Your customer representative said “We have put your request on Priority service and today by 8, we will fix your internet issue” It’s 7 30 now, and yet no technician has been assigned. Such liars. I urge everyone to please not avail JioFiber.

    @p_rajuke @JioCare Even worst, field engineer gives ridiculous excuses, I have requested for stb and fiber router change , but he was like it's working fine, and this was 3 years back and still in pain with inconsistent fiber service ,, has to opt for another local broadband vendor for alternative

    @JioCare I have already performed run diagnostic several times (about 1400-1500 times) but never got solution... And if you can make few changes in the system then why not make it permanent...

    Using @reliancejio Pre on Post JK number. Only reason of using Pre on Post is to remain connected while roaming but unfortunately, it has never working while roaming from last 3 years. @JioCare
