    @JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

    @JioCare Dear team its a matter of public safety and emergency, simply closing the complaint request without resolving is not acceptable. If Handset issue, it should not allow me to make any call, I am just unable to call 100 & 108 means, there might be technical issue with operator end.

    @JioCare Please confirm when this issue will be resolved, Transaction of Jun-2020, following up with you since July-2020, we are in Oct-2020, Plz refund.

    @JioCare 2 months since the compliant , still you people are unable to find out the solution, it seems you have activated to another customer with my payment & not disclosing any details.

    @JioCare I switched to esim but still not able to call or anything. 12 hrs happen , signal is showing and the device is not registered Not receive any call from ur side to activate the esim Quickly resolve the issue .

    @reliancejio i have the jio fiber connection from last more than 5 years.. even with such ling standing relation when i am raising compain customer care irritating by teaching process by passing call fron 1 to other n not even ready to tk complains. Request to kindly look into.

    Did a recharge from @GooglePayIndia to @reliancejio but the jio has denied that they have not received it both are denying help now I visited branch for chargeback but they aslo denied as payment was done by gpay lite and the transactions details of gpay lite are not reflecting
