@JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

@JioCare @reliancejio Sent a Jio Fiber relocation request more than a week ago, Jio Customer Care says that All documents verified and feasibility was also confirmed. Not sure what's the problem in providing Jio Fiber connection. Worst customer care ever seen.
