    @JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

    @JioCare Dear team its a matter of public safety and emergency, simply closing the complaint request without resolving is not acceptable. If Handset issue, it should not allow me to make any call, I am just unable to call 100 & 108 means, there might be technical issue with operator end.

    @Nishi_Reddy_ @reliancejio Akka! Please don't go for @reliancejio ...believe me..my neighbour is facing damn lot of issues and they never resolve .. Go for airtel instead ...I switched recently from Act to Airtel
