@JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

@Sahashraanshu @reliancejio @airtelindia We have only 2 options available here. BSNL and GTPL. BSNL is surely better than GTPL. Speed is good. May reduce sometime, but overall good. Downtime is very less. And even if some fault, service is very quick compared to GTPL.

@JioCare You guys take full address and does nothing, Why u guys waste time I don't know. I have not seen your proper speed of internet in pune ,Mumbai, MP, Varanasi. Even now i am sure about your network it is not available in earth. Request to everyone change ur network provider.
