    @JioCare Please confirm when this issue will be resolved, Transaction of Jun-2020, following up with you since July-2020, we are in Oct-2020, Plz refund.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

    @JioCare Day 13. Finally service engineer showed up and fixed the issue within 10 mins. I have to wait for 12 long days for this 10 minutes fix. Took 12 days to assign the request to the right person. Pathetic customer care.

    @JioCare Raised a complaint 2 visit da site 4 internet issue. Time slot given: 10 to 12 on 4/01. No one turned up. Called the toll-free, again promised by 4pm . No one cared. Thanks for showing true colours. Taught of getting new connection in another location. But now I won't.

    @reliancejio In my area...jio network is to poor...indoor and outdoor coverage problem...2018 me v complain kia tha..tabhi v bola tha 180 working day ki under thik ho jayega network issue..abhi 2021 sal ho gaya..aap logo ka 180 days khatam nehi hoga kiya? Mein 399 postpaid use karta hoon

    @Airtel_Presence pathetic and dismal customer service, really disappointed with the way @airtelindia treats its customers. Have been trying to follow up since last week and now i get to know that my number is permanently disconnected. No wonder people are shifting to @reliancejio
