@JioCare Thanks for the reply but, is it ok for a customer to wait for more than 4 months for any kind of issue. Bcoz I first reported this the month end of July 2020, its October now!!! is there any timeline?

@JioCare Dear team its a matter of public safety and emergency, simply closing the complaint request without resolving is not acceptable. If Handset issue, it should not allow me to make any call, I am just unable to call 100 & 108 means, there might be technical issue with operator end.

Hello @JioCare, my mobile number +91 94860 20214 was ported from BSNL to Jio. The porting status shows Port Activated, but it’s been 7 days and the SIM is still not working. Please resolve this urgently.

@reliancejio seems bsnl 3G would be better than your 5G as it doesn't work but BSNL 3G might atleast work. Make sure your internet is properly available else it won't take much subscribers to shift soon as your cost has increased significantly and service quality has decreased

@reliancejio @JioCare one big drawback compared to other operators is the lack of offline recharge options. Without an active plan + no internet, users are stuck. Can you please integrate USSD/SMS/Offline UPI recharge support like Airtel & BSNL? It’ll help a lot in emergencies

@JioCare Imagine a govt body( bsnl int.) specifically design to provide internet in village area is not able to provide internet but able provide cable, tower even d.g. to only one private body(jio, says no to VI) knowing that pvt body will never be able to pay the bill. #Democracy
