    @JioCare In Panckula Pincode 134113 Since many days Call are not going properly, Internet stops working after few minutes. This happens again and again. I need to switch on/off the Airplane mode than it works for 15-30 minutes then again the same issue.

    @JioCare To get the sufficient support called to customer care and they disconnected my call and given wrong guidance to me,also informing me to call back as their supervisor is busy.Nobody is bothered to resolve the customer issues.Your customer service only look after the AHT that's it.

    @reliancejio we are interested in a jio combo connection, however local area people are horrible - am surprised that Reliance staff is so unprofessional and such poor calibre Is there an alternative?

    @JioCare cancelled my jiofibre connection in the month of November. Still I didn't get refund. I already submitted the settop box and modem. Bank details for refund not given. 1. Contacted jio care for this problem. Jio care will assign technical person
