@reliancejio @JioCare Respected Mukesh Ambani Sir, I'm sorry to say but your customers care support is worst in the world. I have asked them to close a jio number which is falsely registered in the name of my father & the sim is linked with his Aadhaar but it hasn't been closed

Never buying from #JioMart @reliancejio @JioMart again. This is just pathetic. And I urge the people and my friends to try #Amazon @amazonIN as they are offering neck to neck competition to Jio in terms of pricing & are much much better in terms of customer service snd care.

@JioCare 3rd time network failure in 1 month. Pathetic service. and the customer service is even more pathetic. The engineer never comes after calling him 20 times. and just gives false promises of sorting the net. Damn irritating. Fuckall service

@reliancejio @JioCare today I book complain for Internet is not working and broadband Red light is blinking and they provide me a ticket no but when engineer has vist and told me we can't fix bcz wire has cut then you can pay again installation charges we given other connection.

@JioCare Services on my JioFiber Service ID 299625667711 were temporarily suspended. Thereafter i called the jio executive to initiate my refund of Rs. 1500. But, surprisingly i only received Rs. 500 and now, i am not getting any response #jio #JioFiber #Airtel

Who will take the responsibility of any illegal activity/ mis happening which is is being done with the help of that number? Will @reliancejio take the responsibility? This was not expected from such a big Indian company to perform such a small work. It has been more than 3 days

My father already is using two @reliancejio sim card. Why would he opt for another one? If he does so why would I complaint for his number ? Consider the severity of the situation and get it shut down as soon as possible. Don't waste your time & mine as well. Work responsibly.
