@reliancejio Jio network too much slow in this area. I trying to complain jio customer care but they are not give satisfaction to me they always try to avoid my problem , And don't try to solve this. @TRAI

@JioCare @reliancejio Really, jio care supporting customer? Metro city itself I’m suffering. More than 2 months, asking resolution. Since I had two connections, I requested for cancellation. Now, I’m planning to cancel another connection too.

I went to 2 of the jio stores near my area ( Rohtas Nagar & Shahdara) none of them helped me Esim activation. And bcoz of this my business number of Jio is Switched off, I would suggest Jio to train there team on “CUSTOMER SERVICE” @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare My problem not yet solved. My case submitted to escalation team also , inspite of that nothing happen. Fed up of Jio service, it has been more than 10 days not yet installed. Continously auto changing the appointment time of installation. #worstjioservice

@JioCare please check your DM. I initiated the eSIM process and there is no network since 8pm. I recently ported from Airtel to Jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio after waiting as much as i can, i have submitted the device myself at your service centre on 23rd and now Jio is not showing any interest in processing refund. Whenever I call Jio care they just raise an SR but no resolution so far. I wonder if you work on year's SLA
