@JioCare I called customer care but they are not responding, speed is too low call is dropping but I complain against this problem but they don't take any step please help me. I recharge jio I waste my money so please help to use my money accurately. @reliancejio @TRAI

@reliancejio @JioCare you boast of launching 5G, cant even get decent signal to make a phone call. No solution even after repeated complaints. What option does one has other than to move to airtel

After my last software update to Android 13 @realmecareIN, my cellular connection became poor @JioCare, I can't even properly load some apps, I don't know what's causing problems, whether the new software has connectivity issues or the network itself is poor.

No solution from @JioCare . Why I am not able to recharge my number by Jio Phone Plans . That's why alot of people switch to Airtel and VI sim . I am also wants to switch to Airtel or VI . Vi also offer night booster . Jio down day byday in Varanasi. #port @JioCare @reliancejio
