Saravanan (@bsaravanan15) reported@JioCare service of jio fibre has detoriated. Now it's 3 days after raising service request complain no internet. Waiting for engineer to visit. This is now happening every month. Thinking of moving to other service provider.

Kiran K (@KiranK77180890) reported@reliancejio @JioCare Charging customers extra without notifying them is not acceptable. If I reach out to support, they tell me that we are not responsible for Netflix but I am charged in my jio bill and not notified regarding the change either in email or text.
